Aloe Vera is a succulent plant that has largely proven itself to take care of our hair, but also our skin. Thus, the dermatological and cosmetic world is having a field day: it is found in the form of gel, shampoo, moisturizer, mask and other scrubs. Did you know that aloe vera gel contains no less than 12 vitamins, 20 minerals and 18 amino acids? Just that !
Aloe, from its botanical name aloe vera, is a mine of treasures for our hair and skin: thanks to vitamin A which produces sebum, it strengthens damaged and fragile hair which becomes better nourished, less brittle and protected against drying out. The antibacterial effect of the vitamin C it contains will allow it to effectively fight inflammation of the skin and drive out dandruff. As for vitamin B12, it acts as a perfect anti-hair loss agent that strengthens hair and boosts its growth. For its part, folic acid prevents early gray hair, strengthens hair follicles and protects against splitting.
Thanks to its nutritious cocktail, aloe gel is renowned for its moisturizing, healing and softening properties. It is therefore often recommended to relieve certain skin lesions such as burns, sunburn, eczema and other inflammations. When it comes to beauty, aloe vera gel can be fused with other ingredients to tone, hydrate, nourish and enhance the skin.

- 2 teaspoons of aloe gel
- 2 bags of green tea

The mixture should be applied with a cotton ball or sprayed directly onto the cleansed face. After this step, the skin should be moisturized with cream.
Why green tea? Because it is a powerful antioxidant. Thanks to the polyphenols it contains, it neutralizes the free radicals responsible for premature aging, protects the skin from external aggressions and gives it more suppleness, thanks to its toning and astringent action. As a bonus, it greatly reduces dark circles, makes the complexion more matte and offers a smoother appearance to the skin.
